Changelog rewritten in plain words for the one change since v0.8.45 (#4031, adaptive per-frame motion-blur sample count). Cutting the release is a separate step on Miguel's word. * docs(release): fix false render-time savings claim in v0.8.46 notes Adaptive sampling never drops below the old fixed-16 default; it only adds cost on frames that measure real spatial motion.
