getTotalLength() was called on a path whose d attribute was set through a
fresh getElementById(...).setAttribute(...) chain rather than the variable
being measured. this is behavior-neutral at runtime (same DOM node either
way, measured synchronously in the same task), but the lint's static rule
can only verify a d assignment happened when it traces the same variable.
hw-path-text and hw-text-cloud now assign d through the same variable they
measure, matching how every other registry item with a drawn path already
does it.
The contributed HTML predates any oxfmt pass, so format:check failed for
42 files in both the Format and Preflight jobs. All 29 items re-rendered
after formatting and verified against frames — no visual change.
