* feat(skills): product-launch-video + consolidate motion knowledge into hyperframes-animation

- Add the product-launch-video skill: shot-sequence architecture where each
  visual frame is a time-coded shot sequence picked from a blueprint menu and
  paced to the voiceover (anti-PowerPoint). Includes the frame-worker sub-agent,
  story/visual/motion-design references, and audio/captions/transitions/
  stage-assets/assemble-index scripts.
- Consolidate motion knowledge in hyperframes-animation as the single source of
  truth: promote the updated atomic rules (31 -> 36) and rename product-launch-
  video's archetypes into hyperframes-animation blueprints (13 -> 15, replacing
  the old set). product-launch-video, faceless-explainer, and pr-to-video now
  reference them via ../hyperframes-animation/{rules-index,blueprints-index}.md
  and the rules/blueprints dirs. Fixes the discrete-text-sequence broken links;
  blueprints no longer ship per-id runnable examples, so example references in
  the consumers were dropped.
- Default HeyGen TTS voice to Marcia (deterministic; was the API's first English
  voice, which drifts on catalog re-sort). Override with --voice.
- assemble-index pre-assembly frame guards: auto-repair a sub-comp root missing
  canvas dims; hard-fail on <video>/<audio> inside a sub-comp; hard-fail on a
  timed non-root element missing class="clip" or overlapping same-track clips.
- Lint/CLI: lint media inside sub-compositions as an error; stop false-positive
  caption layout/lint findings; contrast/layout-audit skip elements hidden by an
  invisible ancestor.

WaterrrForeverandClaude Opus 4.8 51f8231eb5 fix(cli): install skills with --copy so check sees a faithful, correctly-placed set (#1744)
`hyperframes init` / `skills` / `skills update` shelled out to `skills add`
without `--copy`, so the upstream CLI installed via its canonical
`.agents/skills` store + per-agent symlinks. That layout re-serialises each
SKILL.md's frontmatter, so an installed bundle no longer byte-matches the
published manifest — `skills check` reported a freshly-installed set as
outdated — and it didn't reliably land in the dir the agent reads
(e.g. `.claude/skills`).

Pass `--copy` in runSkillsAdd (the single chokepoint every install flows
through: bare `skills`, `update`, and `init` via installAllSkills) so real
files are written into each agent's skills dir — faithful to the manifest and
correctly placed.

Verified end-to-end: a fresh-content install now reads all-current in
`.claude/skills` (was all-outdated in `agent/skills`).

Address power-user follow-ups deferred from #1740 (skills removed-detection):

- `--dir` installs now run removed-detection. `locateInstall` hardcoded
  scope "project" for every `--dir`, so a `--dir ~/.claude/skills` (a global
  install) read a non-existent `<cwd>/skills-lock.json` and found zero
  removed skills. New `scopeForDir` infers global vs project from whether the
  dir is under $HOME, so the right lock is read.
- Pin the upstream lock paths to vercel-labs/skills@v1.5.13 (verified against
  src/skill-lock.ts + src/local-lock.ts) and warn loudly when the lock is
  absent where expected, so removed-detection no longer silently no-ops if
  upstream moves the lock. checkSkills returns lockMissing; --json surfaces it.
- skills update gains --source/--dir (parity with check), plumbed into its
  internal prune checkSkills() so the prune respects the same overrides.
- Add the missing test for the all-rejected-names early-return in
  runSkillsRemove (no skills remove spawned when every candidate name is
  rejected), plus tests for the --dir scope inference and update flag parity.

Address Magi's REQUEST_CHANGES on #1743 (88daa820). The new scopeForDir
heuristic treated every explicit --dir under $HOME as GLOBAL, but the common
project-local case is also under $HOME (e.g. ~/work/proj/.claude/skills, or
--dir .claude/skills run from ~/work/proj). So checkSkills could read the
GLOBAL lock and `skills update --dir ...` could prune with `skills remove -g`
even when the user pointed at a PROJECT install — a wrong-scope prune.

Change precedence to CWD-containment FIRST, then HOME:
- dir resolves under cwd  -> project (even when cwd is itself under $HOME)
- else dir under home     -> global
- else                    -> project (safe default, never prune globally)

Keeps the existing resolve/normalize + trailing-separator guard (so /home/user2
does not false-match /home/user). scopeForDir now takes cwd; locateInstall
threads opts.cwd through.

Add a regression test for Magi's exact failing case: cwd nested under home
(cwd = <home>/work/proj) with --dir <cwd>/.claude/skills resolves to PROJECT.
Existing tests stay green (global --dir ~/.claude/skills from an unrelated cwd
still resolves to GLOBAL).

Also (Miga's nit): drop the redundant `as string | undefined` casts on the
citty args in skills.ts (citty already infers that type), and clarify the
`skills update` --dir/--source help text to note they scope removed-detection
only, not the install location.

* feat(cli): persist + show friendly user identity; preserve unknown credential fields

The `~/.heygen/credentials` file is SHARED with the Go `heygen` CLI. This
is the hyperframes-side mirror of heygen-cli#197, which adds an optional
`user` block to that file. Two CLIs writing one file must round-trip each
other's data without loss.

Load-bearing change: the credentials reader/writer now PRESERVES unknown
fields on round-trip. Previously readStore/writeStore stripped any key
this CLI didn't model, so writing the file back would silently drop the
`user` block heygen-cli wrote (and any future key). Unrecognized top-level
keys, and unknown keys inside `oauth` / `user`, are captured on a hidden
symbol slot and re-emitted verbatim. Known fields stay strictly validated.

Also mirrors heygen-cli#197's friendly-display feature:
- New optional `user` block schema (email/first_name/last_name/username),
  all omitempty; legacy files without it parse fine.
- After login (OAuth + api-key paths) probe /v3/users/me, persist the
  block, and show a friendly name (email > "first last" > username).
  Probe failure is non-fatal (login still succeeds); a stale block is
  cleared on probe failure so a wrong account can't surface.
- `auth status` surfaces the persisted block (persisted_user in JSON,
  a cached Account row in human output) for file-sourced credentials;
  env-sourced credentials skip it (the on-disk block may belong to a
  different key).
- Fixed the OAuth write path to carry the user block + unknown keys
  across a fresh login / refresh (it previously rebuilt a minimal record).

Tests: preserve-unknown-fields round-trip (top-level, oauth, user), the
exact cross-CLI `user`-block scenario, schema round-trip + omitempty,
backwards-compat with legacy files, login persistence + graceful probe
failure + stale-clear, and the `auth status` surface. Full CLI suite
(1009 tests) green; oxlint + oxfmt + tsc clean.

Addresses Magi's REQUEST_CHANGES on #1741. The credentials reader/writer
already round-trips unknown/foreign keys (the cross-CLI forward-compat
contract), but three destructive paths still deleted the whole file when
no known api_key/oauth survived — even when the hidden Symbol-keyed
unknown-field bag held a future credential another CLI owns. That clobbers
exactly the data this PR preserves.

- Add `hasPreservedUnknownData(record)` to store.ts (checks the top-level
  unknown bag + the oauth/user sub-object bags) and export it via the
  barrel.
- `clearOAuth`, `clearUserInfo`, and the failed `auth login --api-key`
  rollback now write the credential-less remnant (carrying the unknown
  bag) instead of deleting the file when unknown/foreign data survives.
  They still delete when nothing worth preserving remains.
- Regression tests: rollback path + both cleanup paths (clearOAuth,
  clearUserInfo) preserve a foreign top-level key; `hasPreservedUnknownData`
  unit tests at all three levels.

Also addresses the review's minor items:
- Add a refresh-path round-trip test (`refreshTokens`) proving an unknown
  key inside the oauth sub-object survives a no-rotation refresh — the
  most-frequent write path, previously only implicitly covered.
- Clarify the `userDisplayName` / `combineName` docstrings: precedence is
  `email > "first last" > first-only > last-only > username`.
- Replace the stale `expires_at` example date in store.ts with
  `<ISO-8601 UTC>`.

Full CLI suite green (1020 tests); tsc, oxlint, oxfmt --check all clean.

`skills add` / `init` / `hyperframes skills update` only ever add or
refresh — none of them delete a skill that was renamed or dropped
upstream (e.g. graphic-overlays → talking-head-recut). `skills check`
also ignored any installed skill not in the manifest, so a stale bundle
lingered forever with no signal and no cleanup path.

- skills check: detect "removed" skills by cross-referencing the
  vercel-labs/skills lock — a skill the lock attributes to our manifest
  `source` that the manifest no longer lists. Surface them in the human
  and --json output and count them toward the non-zero exit so the
  `check || update` contract gates on them.
- skills update: after `skills add --all`, prune those skills via
  `skills remove -g --yes` so the install fully reconciles with the
  manifest. Best-effort — a cleanup failure doesn't fail the update.

Attribution is via the lock's source field, never the bare directory
name: `.../skills` is shared across sources, so skills from other
sources (e.g. greensock/gsap-skills) are never touched.

own skills. The prune already only targets names the lock attributes to

skill of the same name from a different source.

- checkSkills now returns the located install's `scope`.
- skills update removes in that exact scope (`-g` only when global), so

as lock-file JSON keys, so a corrupt or crafted lock entry could smuggle
a flag-like (`--config=…`) or shell-special token into the spawn — which
matters most on the Windows cmd.exe path where arg escaping is fragile.

Filter the names through a strict kebab-case pattern and warn on any that
are rejected, rather than relying on a `--` separator (the upstream
`skills` arg parser silently ignores unknown `-`-prefixed tokens and has
no `--` end-of-options handling, so `--` would be a no-op there).

  directory; minimal {source, skills}, no version/timestamp so it is fully
  deterministic. Generated by scripts/gen-skills-manifest.ts.
- `hyperframes skills check` [--json]: compares installed skills to the
  manifest; exits non-zero when something is outdated (agent/CI gate).
- `hyperframes skills update`: thin wrapper over `npx skills update`.
- Passive nudge on render/lint/validate when skills are stale (24h cache,
  same opt-out as the CLI self-update notice).
- "latest" resolved via `git ls-remote` + SHA-pinned raw URL to dodge
  GitHub raw-CDN lag, falling back to the main branch URL.
- CI job + lefthook hook keep skills-manifest.json in sync with skills/.

4. resolveLatestManifest local-path detection now uses path.isAbsolute,

5. fetchManifest validates the response shape (asSkillsManifest) instead
   of a blind `as` cast, so a CDN error page served as 200 fails with a
   clear error rather than a cryptic crash later in diffSkills.

  exiting 0 even when nothing changed. Add a strict mode that throws on
  failure; update sets a non-zero exit (init stays best-effort). New tests
  simulate a non-zero `skills add` (exit 1) and the success path.

- Robustness (James/Rames #2): the upstream `skills` CLI installs into
  ~72 agent conventions; a hard-coded list (4, or even 11) can't track
  that. Replace defaultSkillRoots with discoverSkillRoots — it scans cwd +
  $HOME for any `<host>/skills/<manifest-skill>/SKILL.md` (plus the XDG
  `.config/<host>/skills`), so detection is structural and future-proof,
  no closed list. agentFromDir infers the host from the path.

- Tests (Rames #3): temp-fixture detection tests for every convention ×
  {project, global}, scope priority, claude-code preference, the
  no-install case, the --dir override, and an unknown/new host (proving
  the no-closed-list property).

- Docs (Rames #4/#5): SKILL.md notes init's best-effort GitHub round-trip;
  findRepoManifest climbs 16 levels (was 8) for deep monorepos.

  try/catch instead (missing/unreadable ⇒ "no committed manifest"), so
  there's no precheck to race against. Behavior is unchanged.

- Windows Tests: npxCommand.test.ts's real `npx --version` smoke test
  cold-starts slower than vitest's 5s default on Windows runners and
  timed out. Give the test 60s headroom (and a 30s exec timeout). Kept
  as a real execution check — mocking would reduce it to a tautology.

Miguel Ángel 92385711dc fix(engine): hold last frame when a clip's media is shorter than its slot (#1726)
Renders showed the page background (a one-frame black flash) right before a cut
when a video clip's source media was a hair shorter than its data-duration slot
— the common case, since `ffmpeg -t 1.45` emits 43 frames = 1.433s at 30fps.
The frame lookup only held the last frame at the exact clip end, so the
sub-frame remainder rendered blank.

- Hold the last extracted frame for the rest of the slot once the source is
  exhausted, within a tolerance floored at the compiler's 0.05s clamp epsilon so
  the seam is covered at any fps (2 frames alone is < 0.05s above 40fps). Clips
  deliberately much shorter than their slot still blank for the tail (unchanged).
- Warn when the compiler clamps a video's data-duration down to its media length
  (slot longer than source by more than the clamp epsilon): a render-time
  `[compile]` warning in the producer, plus a matching `validate` warning that
  reads each <video>'s live duration in headless Chrome (static HTML lint can't
  see media durations). A shared `analyzeClipMediaFit` keeps both on one
  threshold.

Adds engine unit tests for the hold behavior and the analyzer.

Rename the `graphic-overlays` workflow skill to `talking-head-recut`:

- move skills/graphic-overlays/ -> skills/talking-head-recut/
- update SKILL.md frontmatter name, H1, and self-references
- update all /graphic-overlays route references (hyperframes router,
  general-video, root + cli-template AGENTS.md/CLAUDE.md, docs, quickstart)
- update telemetry --skill flag, example composition id, timeline key
- update .prettierignore path and scripts/test-skills-fresh.sh

Identifier-only rename: the graphic-overlay card mechanism, design
references, and trigger wording are unchanged.

`present` and `play` render compositions in the standalone browser player,
resolving the player/slideshow IIFE bundles via resolvePlayerPath /
resolveSlideshowPath. Those resolvers look for the bundles alongside the built
CLI (dist/hyperframes-player.global.js, dist/hyperframes-slideshow.global.js),
but build-copy.mjs never staged them into dist/. The remaining candidate paths
are monorepo-dev only, so an npm install has nothing to resolve.

Result: `npx hyperframes present` always failed with
"@hyperframes/player not found", forcing users to run the presenter from a
monorepo checkout.

Copy both player globals from packages/player/dist into the CLI dist during
build:copy (existsSync-guarded + warn, matching the surrounding pattern). The
runtime bundle is already handled by build:runtime. Verified: the globals now
appear in `npm pack`, and `node dist/cli.js present` starts without the
player-not-found error.

pipeline is otherwise unchanged.

Each end-user workflow that renders now passes `--skill=<name>` on its render
command: embedded-captions, faceless-explainer, graphic-overlays,
motion-graphics, music-to-video, pr-to-video, product-launch-video,
remotion-to-hyperframes, website-to-video.

Not instrumented, by design: general-video renders freeform with no canonical
render command to attach to, and slideshow produces an interactive deck rather
than a rendered video. Both can follow up if per-skill numbers are wanted.

* fix(telemetry): address review — shared slug util, equals-form flag, invalid-value warning

- Extract the SKILL_SLUG regex + a normalizeSkillSlug() helper into
  telemetry/skill.ts, shared by the `events` and `render` commands (the regex
  was duplicated). `render` adopts normalizeSkillSlug (so it now trims the value,
  matching `events`); `events` references the shared SKILL_SLUG. + unit test.
- `render` warns on a non-empty but invalid --skill value (e.g. a camelCase

- embedded-captions render script: `--skill embedded-captions` -> `--skill=embedded-captions`.
  On an older CLI that does not declare --skill, the space form leaks the value
  as a positional and clobbers the project dir (resolveProject fails); the equals
  form is parsed as a self-delimiting flag and safely ignored. Verified via Node
  parseArgs(strict:false).

Addresses review feedback on the PR (shared util + .trim drift, version-skew
safety, invalid-value visibility).

`hyperframes init` only installed AI coding skills on the interactive path
(behind a clack confirm). When an agent drives it non-interactively (no TTY),
it just printed `npx skills add ...` and returned — so skills were never
installed and the agent later hit `Unknown skill: <workflow>`.

- init: both interactive and non-interactive branches now run
  `npx skills add` with `cwd` set to the new project dir so skills land
  there, not in the caller's working directory. Non-interactive additionally
  passes `--yes`; when Claude Code is driving (CLAUDECODE env var), adds
  `--agent claude-code` so skills target `.claude/skills/`.
- skills: `runSkillsAdd` accepts `cwd` and `extraArgs` so callers can
  control where and how skills are installed.
- templates: CLAUDE.md / AGENTS.md now tell agents to run
  `npx skills add heygen-com/hyperframes` to install or update skills.

gsap_css_transform_conflict existed but missed the most common real-world
shape (a label centered with CSS translateX(-50%) plus a GSAP xPercent that
stacks to -100% in the capture path), for three independent reasons:

- selector matching was exact-string, so a scoped/grouped GSAP selector
  ("#root .label, #root .sub") never matched a CSS class rule (.label)
- the acorn parser only captures timeline-rooted calls (tl.to/tl.set), so a
  standalone gsap.set("#root .label", { xPercent: -50 }) was invisible to it
- lintProject read compositions/ non-recursively, so per-frame compositions
  in compositions/frames/*.html were never linted at all

Fix: token-decompose grouped/descendant/compound selectors and match by
id/class against CSS transform rules; additionally scan standalone gsap.*
transform calls; and recurse into compositions/ subdirectories so frame
sub-compositions are linted.

Adds unit tests (grouped gsap.set repro, descendant tl.to, negative case) and
an end-to-end lintProject test that writes compositions/frames/04-*.html and
asserts the conflict is reported there.

A CSS identifier cannot start with a digit, so an authored rule like
`#01-wall-pushes-back { ... }` is an invalid selector and the browser drops
the whole rule — taking the root's size/background with it. A full
composition masks this (the host stretches/paints the frame), but a
standalone preview has no host, so the root collapses to height:0 +
transparent and renders blank.

extractFullDocumentParts now rewrites `#<digit-leading-id>` selectors to
their escaped valid form (`#\30 1-...`, still matching the element id),
scoped to ids actually present and matched only as `#id` not followed by an
ident char so hex colors are never touched. Also harden the <template>
inner-HTML extraction to use the DOM instead of a greedy regex. Tests added.

Miguel Ángel f12754f5ad fix(cli): classify missing whisper-cpp as a setup gap, not a command error (#1628)
transcribe hard-failed with cli_error whenever whisper-cpp was absent. On
Linux/Docker/CI (no Homebrew, no compiler toolchain) that is unavoidable, so it
drove ~30k cli_error/day that are really "install the prerequisite" rather than
bugs — and buried genuine transcription failures in the command-error budget.

ensureWhisper now throws a typed WhisperUnavailableError when no binary exists
and none can be built. The transcribe command reports that on a dedicated
transcribe_unavailable metric instead of cli_error, and a new --optional flag
lets pipelines skip captions and exit 0. Real transcription crashes still fail
as cli_error. init and the skill pipelines already continue without captions.

Also removes a stale doc reference to a `transcribe --provider groq` flag that
does not exist.

over BroadcastChannel — neither works from file://.

- New utils/compositionServer.ts factors the server scaffolding shared with
  'play' (resolve runtime/player/slideshow bundles, inject runtime, asset
  content-types, bind to a free port); play.ts now uses it too.
- Errors clearly if the deck has no slideshow island.
- .fallowrc: exempt the play/present command entrypoints (validation + server
  wiring) and the per-command startup/logging block from the complexity /
  duplication gates.

Verified end-to-end against registry/examples/airbnb-deck: server serves the
wrapper + assets, the component binds and renders (counter 1 / 11).

* fix(cli): present renders the deck (player sizing + self-driving serve)

Two bugs caused a black slide area:
- The <hyperframes-player> had no positioning, so its iframe collapsed to
  zero size — the (absolutely-positioned) chrome showed but the composition
  didn't. Add position:absolute; inset:0 (matches demo.html).
- The composition was served with the engine runtime injected, which leaves
  its timelines engine-paused (blank). Slideshow decks self-drive their own
  timelines (like demo.html / the standalone harness), so serve them raw.

Verified end-to-end on registry/examples/airbnb-deck: cover renders, Next
advances 1/11 -> 2/11 and slide 2 paints.

The composition (in the player's sandboxed iframe) posts
{ type: 'hf-sfx', name } to the parent on nav, but the iframe is
autoplay-blocked — audio must play in the parent that owns the user gesture.
Add the parent-side hf-sfx handler (the 4 standard clips advance/fragment/
branch-enter/back, served from the deck's sfx/ under /composition/sfx/),
gesture-unlocked and mute-aware, in both presenter and audience windows.

Verified: sfx serve 200 (audio/mpeg) and Next delivers [advance, fragment]
to the parent handler.

* feat(examples): softer mellow slideshow sfx for airbnb-deck

Replace the aggressive percussive pops with gentle sine-tone cues (warm
pitches C5/G4/E5/F4, 12ms attack + exponential decay, lowpassed) — advance/
fragment/branch-enter/back. Much lighter; fragment is the most subtle.

Replace the sine-tone cues with airy, designed sounds:

Addresses Rames R2 items 19-21:
- 20: the present audio handler reintroduced the CodeQL classes removed with
  presenter-test.html — add an origin check (same-origin composition iframe)
  and an own-property guard so a 'name' like __proto__ can't resolve to and
  mutate Object.prototype.
- 21: assetContentType used a bare index lookup (ext='__proto__' -> prototype);
  guard with Object.hasOwn.
- 19: the CSP hover rule erased the speaker button's muted color; add a
  higher-specificity [data-hf-muted] [data-hf-mute]:hover override.

Verified: hf-sfx origin matches location.origin (guard passes), advance/fragment
still fire, deck renders + advances. Items 14/18/22 deferred (minor, pre-existing).

* fix(slideshow): address remaining R2 items (14/18/22) + re-remove harness

- 14: resumeSlide now mirrors enterSlide — a no-fragment slide resumes at its
  midpoint (visible-at-rest), not frame-0; fragmented slides still resume to the
  saved fragment or slide.start. Added a dedicated test naming the heuristic.
- 18: fullscreenchange swaps only the fullscreen glyph + aria (hoisted SVGs to
  module consts) instead of re-rendering the whole chrome.
- 22: .prettierignore lists the specific generated demo compositions instead of
  blanket registry/examples/**/*.html, so hand-authored example HTML still formats.
- presenter-test.html: a stray 54a4460 git add -A had re-added the deleted
  harness (reviving CodeQL #639/#640); remove it again.

106 slideshow tests pass; tsc/lint/fallow/format clean; deck still renders.

Skip re-seeking + re-screenshotting frames byte-identical to their predecessor. A
frame is dedupable iff no GSAP tween or clip cut is active in it or its predecessor
(predicted from window.__timelines + clip schedule) AND an empirical anchor-compare
confirms it. Opt-in HF_STATIC_DEDUP=true, default off.

Correctness (designed for the multi-worker / distributed render paths):
- Reuse is keyed by the ABSOLUTE composition frame (derived from the frame's time),
  NOT the captureFrameCore frameIndex arg — chunked/parallel callers pass a chunk-
  relative index. Validated lossless (PSNR=inf) on both single- and multi-worker
  renders of a static-hold comp.
- verifyStaticFramesSafe checks EVERY run (no longest-first budget truncation that
  left runs armed-but-unverified), and samples each run's FIRST reused frame, its END,
  and interior points at a stride; a hard cap disables dedup rather than trust an
  unverified set.
- Conservative arming: skipped when capture mode != screenshot (BeginFrame tick
  semantics + the verifier's screenshot path wouldn't transfer), when a before-capture
  hook is set (per-frame video injection), when page-side compositing is active (shader
  / drawElement composite the plain verification screenshot can't reproduce), and when
  any data-start is a non-numeric reference expression the clip-boundary parser can't
  protect, or duration is unknown/zero.
- Session reuse (prepareCaptureSessionForReuse) resets lastFrameBuffer + dedup counter
  so a probe/prior-render buffer can't bleed into the first static frame; the armed set
  is kept (same-composition reuse). Cost calibration bypasses dedup for its sparse,
  non-contiguous sample sweep, then restores the armed set.
- HF_STATIC_DEDUP_SAMPLES is NaN-guarded.

Disqualifies on signals the GSAP predictor can't see: video, canvas/webgl, zero
tweens, running CSS/WAAPI animation. Pays on static-hold content (title cards,
slideshow/kiosk loops, data-viz pauses); no-op on continuously-animated comps.

verification_failed.

Distributed chunks run on Linux/beginframe where dedup never arms, so
they pass a throwaway dedupPerfs sink (no per-chunk reporting).

Tests: aggregation logic (OR/SUM/skip-reason) + opt-out passthrough.

  the start of each attempt — retry now REPLACES rather than accumulates;
  common no-retry path is unchanged.
- Opt-out parsing: HF_STATIC_DEDUP now disables on {false,0,off}
  case/space-insensitive (was strict !== "false", so `False`/`0` silently
  kept dedup on — the kill-switch could no-op).
- Verification budget vs drift: verifyStaticFramesSafe returns
  {badFrame, budgetExhausted}; armStaticDedup reports a distinct
  `verification_budget` skip reason so a telemetry spike means "raise
  HF_STATIC_DEDUP_SAMPLES", not "compositions are non-static".
- Index idiom: captureFrameCore now uses Math.floor(time*fps + 1e-9)
  (matches quantizeTimeToFrame) so the dedup lookup agrees with the frame
  the seek lands on even for non-exact times.
- Stale "opt-in HF_STATIC_DEDUP=true" comments -> "opt-out
  HF_STATIC_DEDUP=false" across frameCapture.ts + types.ts.
- Extract pushWorkerDedupPerfs helper (perfSummary.ts), used by the disk
  and streaming parallel paths — removes the duplicated push loop and
  drops captureStreamingStage back under the complexity threshold.
- dedupPerfs is now required (not optional) on
  executeDiskCaptureWithAdaptiveRetry — a missing arg silently dropped
  telemetry.
- Test: captureStreamingStage createInput() now provides the required
  dedupPerfs field.
