* revert(engine): render workers keep the media of FFmpeg-fed videos loaded again

This reverts the behavior change of #5795 (6ed89a1e4). Releasing the media of
videos whose frames come from FFmpeg leaves some worker pages that never paint,
so parallel renders fail intermittently with "Invalid JPEG input at frame N:
empty frame". The shared loopback test fixture it added stays: later tests use it.

* chore(ci): agree the deletion of the reverted release test
