Miguel Ángel 7af9581d58 fix(runtime): show the right caption colours after a reload mid-film ...

Caption overrides landed after the first render, so words already past
their colour change kept the old colour. Readiness now waits for the
overrides, and the film is replayed to the current time once they land.
