Miao YangandClaude Opus 5.5 339fae6b12 fix(cli): measure passes ffprobe's input after --, diff and measure are in the CLI docs ...

- probeVideo ends ffprobe's options with -- before the path; runFfmpeg says -loglevel
  so the argv contract no longer reads it as a probe wrapper.
- docs/packages/cli.mdx lists measure (every subcommand) and diff (every flag).
- Comment share back under the package's in cuts.ts, energy.ts and snapshot.ts
  (record becomes recordInHistory).
