Restores the 208 catalog items reverted after their previews 404'd in production, this time on the payload mechanism rather than the .html files that caused the outage. The generator no longer writes a preview document to docs/public. That writer, and the machinery under it, existed only to produce files the docs host discards, so it is gone rather than bypassed. Items now embed the composition itself via a payload, which is what the previous change already does for the items that were already in the catalog. The variables explorer is parked, not restored: it drove its preview through the same unpublished .html path, so it would have shown an empty frame. Items that declare variables get the live player plus the static variables table, and reconnecting the explorer to payloads is a follow-up.
trust-strip
Monochrome trust/logo strip (proof & stats, 3.5s authored, elastic HOLD).
N text wordmarks set in wide-tracked uppercase mono, one centered row with wide gaps, no boxes, no borders. Marks fade in with an opacity-only stagger from left to right (default 0.15s gap), then the strip holds dead still. Above five marks the row wraps gracefully to a second centered row when width demands; reading order and reveal order are preserved.

Envelope
Fixed IN and OUT with elastic HOLD only (never timeScale):
- IN = last reveal start + 0.5s fade (about 1.3s for 5 marks on the default rhythm)
- HOLD = max(0, D - IN - OUT), dead still by design
- OUT = 0 when
exitisnone, else 0.45s - If the host duration is shorter than IN + OUT, both compress together (cues included).
Mounting
Mount-contract sub-composition: load via data-composition-src, give the clip
a wide, short box (a strip band), and the primitive sizes off that box with
container queries. Consumes contract tokens (--muted, --fg, --brand,
--accent, --accent-2, --bg, --font-mono, --space-2, --space-3)
with exact-value fallbacks.
