* perf(aws-lambda): each chunk logs where its seconds went

The chunk_capture event now carries the handler's setup time and the renderer's own stage timings (plan check, browser boot, capture, encode, total), which the renderer already measured but the logs dropped. Lets a fleet run be split into start-up, capture and tail per chunk.

* perf(aws-lambda): chunk logs also time the Chrome path resolution

On the container image the compressed Chrome may be unpacked on every cold chunk; chromeMs separates that from the plan download in setupMs.
