* fix(producer): disk-space error suggests --workers 1 only when one worker would stream

* test(producer): streaming-stage suite mocks the new streaming-gate export

captureStage now asks explainStreamingEncodeGate for the disk-space remedy;
the bun module mock of renderOrchestrator in captureStreamingStage.test.ts
lacked it, so the suite failed at import.
