Rewrites the generated draft into themed sections. 113 new commits across v0.8.32 through v0.8.40.

* docs(weekly-updates): embed Sep 07-14 changelog video

Adds the weekly changelog video to the Week of September 7 digest entry,
matching the DocsVideo embed convention used by the prior weeks.

Video: 57.0s, square 1080, h264 + aac. Verified through CloudFront -
content-length and SHA-256 both match the local render exactly.
