* fix(catalog): regenerating the texture-mask page no longer duplicates its Texture masks section
The page generator carries forward any section whose heading it does not
own, and it emits "## Texture masks" without owning it. Every run kept the
old copy and appended a new one; main's page had three.
* chore(catalog): drop the two duplicate Texture masks sections from the texture-mask page
* chore(catalog): run oxfmt on the texture-masks regression test
