Miguel Ángel d8ed343d71 fix(registry): add 14 missing blocks to registry manifest (#1163) ...

Adds entries for all blocks in registry/blocks/ that were missing
from registry/registry.json:

- 12 VS Code code-snippet-* blocks (from #1113, same missed step)
- flowchart-vertical
- vfx-liquid-glass

Without these entries the CLI returns 'Item not found in registry'
even though the block files exist.
