* fix(studio-server): stamping ids at open never reverts a write that lands meanwhile

stampFileHfIds replaces the file only if it still holds the bytes it stamped, so a save or agent write landing while ids are minted is kept. walkDir skips a subfolder that is unreadable or removed mid-walk instead of aborting the whole project walk; an unreadable project folder still throws.

* fix(studio-server): a stamp never recreates a deleted file and a walk only skips unreadable folders

* fix(studio-server): a stamp keeps a permission change made while ids are minted
