* fix(core): looping Lottie animations keep cycling instead of freezing after one pass * feat(registry): add a Lottie character walk-in and document the character route * chore(registry): index lottie-character-walk in the catalog and search vectors * chore(docs): list lottie-character-walk in the catalog gallery * docs(skills): say that lottie-web loops when loop is left out * fix(core): a finished Lottie holds its last frame instead of disappearing * fix(core): hold a finished Lottie on its exact last frame * chore(skills): refresh the manifest hash for the Lottie skill edits * fix(core): wrap looping Lottie by frame so a loop never holds at its seam * fix(core): a looping Lottie starts each cycle on frame 0 despite float error
