zhongyuan.zhaoandClaude Opus 4.6 2270f63c00 fix(topup): add 'failed' status badge mapping in TopupHistoryModal ...

The backend defines TopUpStatusFailed = "failed" but the frontend
STATUS_CONFIG was missing this status, causing raw text display
instead of a styled danger badge.
