docs(plans): mark the audio-groups handoff historical

It opens with "Nothing is pushed. No PR exists." in a repo where the branch is
now 81 commits on main and open as PR #3363. A note at the top says which
sections the PR supersedes and which still hold (the id-space boundary, a carve
owning its own lanes, the environment notes).
