feat(cli): add gradient ASCII banner to init command

Displays a teal-to-pink gradient "HYPERFRAMES" banner with the logo
icon when running hyperframes init. Uses ANSI true color (24-bit)
escape sequences. Gracefully skips in non-TTY or no-color environments.
