Miguel Ángel 81b3da2c5e fix(three-dissolve): use correct variable passing API ...

Read variables from window.__hfVariablesByComp[compositionId] which
is what the HyperFrames compiler populates from data-variable-values.
Update docs to use data-variable-values (JSON) instead of data-var-*.
