Miguel Ángel 9734578e60 feat(registry): bring back the video-primitive moves (#3169)
Restores the 208 catalog items reverted after their previews 404'd in
production, this time on the payload mechanism rather than the .html files
that caused the outage.

The generator no longer writes a preview document to docs/public. That writer,
and the machinery under it, existed only to produce files the docs host
discards, so it is gone rather than bypassed. Items now embed the composition
itself via a payload, which is what the previous change already does for the
items that were already in the catalog.

The variables explorer is parked, not restored: it drove its preview through
the same unpublished .html path, so it would have shown an empty frame. Items
that declare variables get the live player plus the static variables table, and
reconnecting the explorer to payloads is a follow-up.

The Vox-style annotate gesture: a keyword inside a held sentence gets a
hand-drawn marker WHILE a thin connector draws from the marker up to a
mono callout label that fades in at the connector's end. Marker, connector,
and label are ONE choreographed beat on the cue, not three events.
Absorbs marker-highlight: the four marker stroke styles and the
getTotalLength dash law are inherited from that donor verbatim (never the
pathLength attribute, never non-scaling-stroke on a dashed path; dash
geometry is set from the measured length and revealed by an explicit
fromTo on strokeDashoffset, so reverse seeks never leave stale paint).
Variables:
text (string): the full line.
keyword (string): first case-insensitive substring match inside text
gets the marker and the annotation. Empty or unmatched renders the
line with no annotation. Keep it a word or short phrase; it stays on
one line.
note (string): the mono callout label at the end of the connector.
Empty draws the marker only (no connector, no label).
style (highlight | circle | underline | scribble): marker shape.
draw_at (seconds): cue for the gesture, relative to mount start.
Clamped so the whole gesture completes before any exit begins.
accent (green | blue | violet): annotation ink via the contract token map.
exit (none | fade | up, default none): frame roots own transitions;
holds end films.
Envelope, fixed IN and OUT with elastic HOLD only (never time-scaled):
IN_BASE = 0.55s text rises into place
GESTURE_BASE = 0.96s anchored at draw_at: marker 0.60s, connector
0.45s from 0.36s, label fade-up 0.30s from 0.66s,
settle pop on the keyword as the ink lands
HOLD = max(0, D - phases), completely still
OUT_BASE = 0s for exit none, otherwise 0.45s
If D is shorter than the fixed phases, they compress together.
Mount contract: the runtime clones only this template. #root fills the host
box, establishes the container query basis, has no data-width or
data-height, and registers one paused timeline under the literal
vox-annotate key.
