Miguel Ángel 15460ec541 fix(core): resolve already-errored media immediately in the asset-readiness gate (#4096) ...

The shared composition-readiness gate only listened for future canplay/error
events on pending media, so an asset whose error already fired before the
gate started listening was never seen -- a DOM error event doesn't refire.
That left the gate burning its full 8s timeout on every load. Measured on a
production composition with 85 duplicate small audio elements pointing at
missing files: 8.68s to 0.83s with this fix, no timeout warning.
