fix(stock): ask about existing drafts before the pick list creates the delivery note
...
the pick list mapper saves the delivery note on the server, so the draft warning ran after the draft already existed, listed the one just created, and answering no left it behind. ask before calling the mapper, and let the late guard pass for a target the mapper already saved.

fix(stock): map only undelivered bundles from a pick list to the delivery note
...
the bundle row created from a pick list was sized from the full picked component qty, so a second delivery note after a partial delivery delivered the whole pick again and the sales order ended over-delivered. count picked minus delivered per component location when mapping, as plain rows already do, and skip bundles with nothing left.

splitting stock_entry.py into services dropped the work order guard, so a standalone manufacture or material consumption entry read skip_transfer on a missing work order and crashed get_items whenever backflush was material transferred for manufacture. follow the bom in that case as before.
